This policy explains what we collect when you shop with StickMan, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep it short and we don’t sell your data to anyone.
What we collect
When you place an order
- Name, email address, delivery address and phone number
- What you ordered, and the amount paid
When you sign up to our mailing list
- Your email address, and the date you subscribed
Automatically
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as approximate location and device type, used to keep the site working
What we never see
Your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own systems. Card numbers never touch our website and we have no access to them at any point.
Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order — we can’t post you a hoodie without an address. (Legal basis: performance of a contract.)
- To email you about drops — only if you signed up. (Legal basis: your consent.)
- To meet our legal obligations — tax and accounting records. (Legal basis: legal obligation.)
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Klaviyo — our mailing list
- Netlify — website hosting
- Delivery carriers — to get your parcel to you
Each receives only what it needs. We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights under GDPR
You can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your data (where we’re not legally required to keep it)
- Send your data to you in a portable format
- Stop using your data for marketing

Every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe link. You never have to ask us to be removed.
Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your data, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).

Before you launch: EU law requires an online shop to publish its trader details — legal name, business address, and company / trade-licence number (IČO) if you have one. Replace this box with those details once your živnost is registered.
