These terms apply when you buy from StickMan. Placing an order means you accept them.
Ordering
Adding items to your bag isn’t an order. A contract forms only when we confirm your order by email. Until then we may decline it — for example if an item has sold out, or a price was listed in error.
Everything is made in limited runs. Once a size sells out it may not return.
Prices
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
If your card is billed in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee. That’s outside our control.
Payment
We accept the cards and payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. Your order is only confirmed once payment clears.
Delivery
We ship across the EU. Estimated delivery is 2–7 working days after dispatch, but couriers occasionally run late and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your address carefully — we can’t redirect a parcel once it’s posted.

Product accuracy
We photograph and describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so slight variation between what you see and what arrives is normal and not a fault.
Our liability
We’re responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Intellectual property
The StickMan name, logo, mascot and all artwork are ours. Buying a garment doesn’t give you the right to reproduce or resell the designs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes fall to the Czech courts. As an EU consumer you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies to your order.

Before you launch: EU law requires an online shop to publish its trader details — legal name, business address, and company / trade-licence number (IČO) if you have one. Replace this box with those details once your živnost is registered.
